- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 20 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- white sugar (to caramelize)
Directions

1Heat sugar in Teflon pan until melted; stir constantly. Drizzle melted caramelized sugar in metal Bundt pan. Swirl to coat pan. Set aside.

2In heavy saucepot, heat remaining ingredients until warm and blended. Avoid bubbling and frothing.

3Cool slightly.

4Pour into Bundt pan.

5Cover with foil.

6Steam in water bath on low heat slowly to maintain creaminess, 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill. When cold, turn out onto platter and serve 15.
