- 4 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 14 oz milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1melt sugar in saucepan over medium/high heat.

2stir frequently to prevent burning

3when sugar melts and is a dark caramel color pour into a flan pan or pie pan.

4turn to coat bottom and sides of mold.

5allow to cool caramel will harden.

6combine sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla, eggs and salt in blender.

7blend ten seconds on medium speed.
-
8pour into caramelized pan.
-
9place in larger pan containing about one inch hot water.

10bake at 350AF for one hour.

11invert onto chilled platter.

12flan will slip easily from mold after using knife along pan to coax away from sides.
