  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1 c. beef consomme
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic or a dash of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Combine together and pour over meat.

    Marinate overnight. Drain meat.

    Broil about 2 minutes on each side or barbecue on an outside grill.
