- 7 -8 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 12 ounces mole
- 8 ounces water
Directions

1Slice Onions and Peppers.

2Place into a slowcooker.

3Rinse roast.

4Rub roast with salt and pepper.

5Brown all sides of the roast in a heavy skillet.

6Place roast into slow cooker.

7Add chicken broth, mole sauce and water.

8Slow cook for 6 - 8 hours, until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.

9Remove roast from cooker and allow to set for 30 minutes before slicing.

10Serve with mole gravy from the slow cooker.
