- oil (sufficient for deep fat frying)
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper.

3Debone and shred the cooked chicken in small pieces.

4Warm tortillas on a hot plate, one at a time.

5Place a desired amount of chicken on the warm tortilla.

6Roll the tortilla and place a toothpick to hold intact.

7Fry the rolled tortilla until golden brown.
