  • 2 1/2 cup white rice
  • 5 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp low sodium adobo
  • 8 Spanish olives chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

    In a large pan melt butter

    Add rice and lightly toast

    Add paprika, garlic powder, and adobo.

    Mix well.

    Add water bring to boil then simmer.

    About 10 minutes.

    Once water has reduced in half add chopped onion and chopped olives.

    Stir.

    Simmer until all water has aborted.
