- 2 cakes yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. fat
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Directions

1Soak yeast in water.

2Add 1 teaspoon sugar.

3Put salt, fat and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl.

4Pour on boiling water.

5Stir well. Cool.

6Add the yeast and beaten eggs.

7Beat in 4 cups of flour. Work in the rest of flour.

8Put in large container.
-
9Cover and store in refrigerator approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

10Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.

11Keeps 1 week.
