Ingredients
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 2 veal rib chops, well trimmed (about 8 oz. each)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Rub garlic over both sides of chops.

2Heat olive oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet.

3Add veal chops.

4Cook 10 to 12 minutes over medium heat, turning once.

5Transfer to plate.

6Sprinkle with salt. Keep warm.

7Drain excess fat from skillet.

8Cook and stir over high heat 1 minute or until desired.

9Stir in sesame oil.

10Pour sauce over chops.

11Sprinkle with parsley.
