Ingredients

  • 5 slices ginger peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber small, washed, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 lemon organic, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime organic, sliced
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 nectarine or peach, cut into small pieces
  • 15 leaves fresh melissa
  • 8 7/16 cups water
  • 2 drops liquid stevia optional

Directions

    Place all the ingredients into a larger water pitcher and gently mush with the handle of a wooden spoon.

    Fill the pitcher with tap water, stir together and refrigerate a few hours to let flavours meld before drinking.

    Serve, strained (without any chunks) and well chilled, with the addition of ice.

    Add more water to the pitcher one or two more times before it loses flavour. Keeps for up to 3 days.
