  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

  • 1-1/2 cup Carrot, Finely Shredded
  • 2 whole Apples, Peeled And Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Rasins Or Dried Cranberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cups Nuts, Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Blueberries (optional)
