  • 1 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded

Directions

    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and eggs.

    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

    Pour into well-greased custard cups. Set in pan of warm water.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven until an inserted knife comes out clean.

    Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
