  • 1 cup Cream
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Lard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1- 1/2 cup Flour-or Until The Dough Is Stiff
  • 1- 1/2 pound Hamburger
  • 1/4 cups Onion

Directions

    Mix the cream, eggs, soda, milk, baking powder, lard and salt together.

    Add enough flour to make a nice stiff dough.

    Roll out the dough and cut into 4x4 inch squares.

    Brown hamburger with onion.

    When done, drain the grease and place meat in the middle of the dough squares.

    Fold dough over the meat and seal the edges of the dough.

    Deep fry until nicely browned at about 375 degrees.
