- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 box brown sugar
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cream eggs and sugar together.

3Add oil and Bisquick; mix well. Add rest of ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Bake for 45 minutes.

6Cake will puff up while cooking.

7When it flops down in middle, it's done.
