Ingredients: 3 eggs, beaten; 1 c. dark Karo syrup; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/3 c. orange juice; 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind; 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans; 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust; 3/4 c. pecan halves; whipped cream

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3/4 c. pecan halves
whipped cream

Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour filling into the pie crust. Top with pecan halves. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Makes one 9-inch pie.
