- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 doz. large mushrooms
Directions

1Remove stems of mushrooms; wash and dice.

2Saute in olive oil until tender.

3Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and crushed garlic, stirring constantly until crumbs are toasted.

4Spoon over mushrooms and spoon on melted margarine.

5Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
