- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
- 2 lb. flounder
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 onion
Directions

1Cook broccoli and drain.

2Arrange in shallow baking dish.

3Cut flounder in serving size pieces.

4Melt margarine and saute onion. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.

5Add milk; cook until thick. Stir in salt, pepper and cheese.

6Stir until cheese melts.

7Pour over fish.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Sprinkle with paprika.
