  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cake flour
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Lemon

    Season the flounder with salt and pepper.
