- 2 Flounder filets
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
- 30 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 Lemon
Directions

1Season the flounder with salt and pepper.

2Dust with flour, and shake off the excess.

3Heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

4Add the butter and let it melt, then add the crushed garlic clove.

5After the garlic transfers its flavor into the butter and oil, Place the flounder filets in the fry pan.

6Pan fry one side for 4 minutes, then turn them over carefully so that they don't fall apart.

7Cook the other side for 3 minutes, then turn the heat down to low, cover with a lid and steam cook for 2 minutes.

8Transfer the flounder filets to serving plates.

9Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the frying pan to make a sauce.

10Pour this over the flounder and serve.
