- 1/4 tsp. single acting baking powder
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cream butter and salt, then add the egg and beat until foamy. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder and add, alternating with milk, to creamed butter mixture.

2Let stand 30 minutes.

3Drop by spoonfuls into chicken broth or boiling water.
