- 2 cups flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon shortening, melted
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Lightly spray mini doughnut pan with cooking oil.

3In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

4Add shortening, eggs, milk and vanilla.

5Beat until well blended.

6Fill each mini doughnut hole 2/3 full.

7Bake 8 minute or until top springs back when lightly touched.

8Cool.

9Remove from pan and dip into glaze.
