Fluffy Batter Bread

   Beat eggs with the sweet and buttermilk.

   Melt butter in pan in which bread is to be baked.

   Have oven hot before adding dry ingredients to liquids.

   Have greased pan hot before adding batter bread.

   Put at once into hot (475°) oven and bake until firm in center.
