- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions

1Peel potatoes and cut in thin slices.

2Place with chicken broth and boil 15 to 20 minutes.
