- 1 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 7 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Cream together Crisco, sugar and salt. Pour over this mixture 1 cup boiling water.

2Set aside.

3Mix yeast with warm water.

4Beat 2 eggs and mix with yeast mixture when it is cool.

5Add this to first mixture.

6Add 7 cups plain flour.

7Mix with hand.

8Cover with wax paper.

9Let set on counter until double in bulk. Cover after you push down.

10Place in refrigerator until ready to make into rolls.

11Let rolls rise until double.

12Bake at 450° until brown.
