- 1 large can salmon, drained (set aside 2 Tbsp. juice)
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Add to salmon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.

2Mix into rest of ingredients and form into small patties.

3Fry in hot Crisco for about 5 minutes until brown.

4Serve with tartar sauce or Caesar dressing.
