- 1 tablespoon sea moss farina
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Put milk in double boiler and sprinkle sea moss into it, stirring well all the time

2Heat slowly & stir often

3When it boils up and looks white, add sugar, salt and flavoring.

4Strain and turn into mold which has been dipped in cold water.

5Takes 3 hours to harden.

6Serve topped with cream and sugar, or fresh fruit.
