  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea moss farina
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Put milk in double boiler and sprinkle sea moss into it, stirring well all the time

    Heat slowly & stir often
  3. 3
    When it boils up and looks white, add sugar, salt and flavoring.

    Strain and turn into mold which has been dipped in cold water.
  5. 5
    Takes 3 hours to harden.
  6. 6
    Serve topped with cream and sugar, or fresh fruit.
