- 48 small twisted pretzels
- 1/2 (14 oz.) pkg. (about 25) vanilla caramels
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 48 inches red or black shoestring licorice, cut into 1-inch long pieces
- 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions

1Butter a large baking sheet.

2For the base of each butterfly, sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon nuts in a small circle on a baking sheet.

3Measure 2 inches between circles.

4Make each butterfly's wings by arranging 2 pretzels together on top of nuts.

5Set aside baking sheet.
