  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 lb. chicken (breast or thigh)

Directions

    Combine soy sauce, catsup, sugar, garlic and salt.

    Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.

    Wrap each piece of chicken in foil, adding 1 teaspoon of marinade to each piece.

    Put on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Serve with rice.
