  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (3.2 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  • whipped topping

Directions

    Heat water, sugar and cornstarch until thickened.

    Add Jell-O. Let cool and add fresh strawberries.

    Put in baked pie shell and cool until set.

    Top with whipped topping.
