- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Place frozen peas in colander and run cold water over just until broken apart.

3Tear off 4 pieces of heavy-duty foil, each about 18 x 15-inch.

4On the center of each, place pieces of carrot, potato and meat.

5Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix.

6Spoon over foil mixtures.

7Top with peas.

8Close foil securely.

9Place on baking sheet.

10Bake 50 minutes or until meat is done.
