  • 1-1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked
  • 1-1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped, divided
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Fold up all sides of each of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil to form 1-inch rim; spray foil with cooking spray.

    Combine rice, water and 1/4 cup dill; let stand 2 min.

    Spoon evenly onto centres of foil.

    Top evenly with beans, salmon and dressing.

    Bring up foil sides.

    Double-fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

    Place in 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
