  • Baking potatoes
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel baking potatoes and cut into slices about 1/8 inch thick. Place each half potato on double foil with 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper.

    Seal foil well and grill 25 minutes or until done.

    Serve potatoes in foil, slitting open with scissors.
