- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets with onions and drain.

3Sprinkle garlic and parsley on potatoes and onion mixture.

4Next, add cubed Velveeta cheese and bread.
