  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. fresh sliced peaches
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • pastry strips

Directions

    Add sugar and flour to sour cream; mix peaches into cream mixture. Pour into pie crust. Place pastry strips on top. Combine salt, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
