- 1 1/2 lb. chuck steak or roast
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 medium carrots, quartered
- 2 stalks celery, cut in 2 inch pieces
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Place foil in baking dish; place meat on foil.

3Stir together mushroom soup and dry onion mix.
