- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. enchilada sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 (6-inch) tortillas
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook beef and pour off fat.

2Stir in tomatoes, enchilada sauce, cumin, salt and pepper.

3Bring to boil.

4Simmer 5 minutes. Pour half of meat sauce into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
