- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 12 cups salad oil
- 12 cup chives, chopped
- 12 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
Directions

1Beat yolks until frothy.

2Beat in lemon juice,salt & pepper.

3Beat in oil, about a teaspoon at a time until 1/2 cup has been added.

4Add rest of oil more quickly, about a tablespoon at a time.

5Beat until like mayonnaise.

6May not need all the oil.

7Stir in chives, parsley & onion.

8Chill until ready to serve.
