Ingredients
- 1 LB Swiss cheese-Cubed
- Loaf of Italian Bread
- 3 tbs Flour
- 1 Clove Garlic(Optional)
- 2 Cups Dry White Wine
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1/3 tsp Nutmeg
Directions

1Place cubed cheese and flour in bowl and mix till coated, cut garlic in half and rub fondue pot with cut sides to season pot then discard garlic.

2Pour wine into fondue pot on low heat till bubbles start rising(DO NOT BOIL)

3Add lemon juice and Stir in cheese by handfuls,constantly stirring each handful until melted then add next handful till all cheese is melted, add rest of seasoning and stir till blended.

4Cut bread into bite size pieces, and spear on fondue fork, then dip bread completely into the fondue mix, and enjoy.
