- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix well with mixer, gradually adding flour.

2Turn onto lightly floured table and knead well.

3Let rise until double in size.

4Divide dough into two.

5Spread melted butter on a baking sheet; sprinkle with cornmeal (amount of butter and cornmeal depending on pans).

6Place dough, shaped loaves or rolls on sheet and allow to rise.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

8If desired, can brush with butter or sesame seed.
