  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Combine flour, salt and sugar.

    Cut in shortening.

    Mix egg, water and vinegar.

    Stir liquid into dry ingredients and mix well. Pat into 5 rounds and flatten slightly.
