- 2 12 cups brown rice
- 5 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- 14 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Place brown rice in a casserole dish along with butter and salt (if you choose to use them).

3Carefully pour boiling water over rice and TIGHTLY cover with two layers of aluminum foil.

4Place in oven.

5Bake for 1 hour.

6Remove from oven and fluff with a fork.
