  • 1/2 tbsp. yeast
  • 1-1/2 cup oats
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. dough enhancer (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1-5/8 cup warm water

Directions

    Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine in order.

    Set Baking Control to 11 o'clock.

    Select Sweet Bread and push Start.
  4. 4
    In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 cups.
