- 3/4 c. water
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick.

4Beat egg whites until stiff, then add cooled mixture.

5Beat until it reaches stiff peaks.

6Pile on pie (be sure edges are sealed to crust) and brown for 10 to 15 minutes at 400°.
