- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Mix together the flour, salt and shortening until it's like coarse meal.

2In a small bowl, beat the egg, vinegar and water. Add this to the flour mixture; mix together into form of a ball. Divide into 5 little balls, enough to make 5 shells.

3Can be refrigerated for a week or more if placed in plastic bag and sealed.
