- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 tsp. salt
- pinch of sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1With a fork mix together flour, Crisco, salt, sugar and vinegar.

2In a separate bowl beat egg and water.

3Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.

4Then with hands mold into a ball.

5Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling. Dough can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days.
