- 6 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- water
Directions

1Mix together first four ingredients with fork or pastry blender.

2Set aside.

3Stir together egg, vinegar and enough water to make 1 cup.

4Add to flour mixture.

5Chill 15 minutes, or shape into balls; flatten and freeze.

6Thaw and roll out for pie crust. Mixture may be stored in refrigerator for 3 weeks.

7Makes 7 crusts.
