For Bento Fried Komatsuna

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Komatsuna (or your choice of greens)
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup

Directions

    Chop the greens into 3cm long pieces, and the bacon into 5mm strips.

    Heat oil in a pan and briefly saute the ingredients from Step 1.

    Add the mentsuyu and ketchup and fry until done.
