  • 1 pkg. Equal or other sugar substitute
  • 12 oz. evaporated skim milk (low-fat)
  • 3/4 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. rum flavoring
  • ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. 1
    Whip Egg Beaters and sugar substitute together and combine with 2 types of milk and flavoring. Mix well. Chill overnight if possible. Pour into tumblers and dust with nutmeg. Preparation time: 10 minutes.
