- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix rice, water, milk and soups together.

2Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Place seasoned chicken on top of rice mixture.

4Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 350°.
