- 1 1/2 c. flounder, cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 1/3 c. shrimp, cooked, deveined and cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. melted butter
Directions

1Combine seafood, vegetables, mayo, Worcestershire, salt and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.

2Put into a large casserole dish.

3Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of seafood mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
