  • 1 1/2 c. flounder, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/3 c. shrimp, cooked, deveined and cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp. melted butter

Directions

    Combine seafood, vegetables, mayo, Worcestershire, salt and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.

    Put into a large casserole dish.

    Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of seafood mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
