- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 fryer or chicken parts
Directions

1Mix cream of celery soup with the milk and rice.

2Pour into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

3Lay lightly salted and peppered chicken in mixture.

4Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.

5Cover and bake in 325° oven for 2 hours or until done.
