  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 fryer or chicken parts

Directions

    Mix cream of celery soup with the milk and rice.

    Pour into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

    Lay lightly salted and peppered chicken in mixture.

    Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.

    Cover and bake in 325° oven for 2 hours or until done.
