- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can milk
Directions

1Mix soups with 1 can milk.

2Butter large baking dish or deep roasting pan.

3Sprinkle rice over bottom.

4Heat soups with milk and mix well.

5Pour soup mixture over rice.

6Lay pieces of chicken (uncooked) over rice and soup.

7Sprinkle onion soup mix over each piece of chicken; pepper if desired.

8Paprika may be sprinkled on top.

9Cover and bake at 350°

10for 2 hours.

11Remove cover last 1/2 or 3/4 hour to brown if desired.
