  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 can milk

Directions

    Mix soups with 1 can milk.

    Butter large baking dish or deep roasting pan.

    Sprinkle rice over bottom.

    Heat soups with milk and mix well.

    Pour soup mixture over rice.

    Lay pieces of chicken (uncooked) over rice and soup.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over each piece of chicken; pepper if desired.

    Paprika may be sprinkled on top.

    Cover and bake at 350°

    for 2 hours.

    Remove cover last 1/2 or 3/4 hour to brown if desired.
